Dave has been in the recycling industry his whole life. Prior to joining Cook Paper in 1996, Dave worked with his family’s recycling business in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dave then moved to Kansas City in 1987 where he worked as an Assistant and then Plant Manager in a local paper recycling plant.

As a member of Cook Paper, he began as a waste paper broker before his duties expanded to include mill marketing in addition to fiber procurement and service.
